A Message from the Founder
I didn’t create this platform because I couldn’t find caregivers.
I created it because I know caregivers — I’ve trained over 500 of them.
I’m a caregiving daughter, a nurse, a teacher and an Advocate for focused , stage based care for Persons living with Dementia.
Long before my mom was diagnosed with dementia, I was already a Certified Nurse Assistant instructor. It’s almost fortuitous… I was building the very thing I’d soon need.
And then life hit.
My mother entered Stage 3.
Suddenly, I wasn’t just the teacher — I was the daughter, doing the heavy lifting.
I knew what to look for. I knew what to expect.
And still — it nearly broke me.
That’s when I realized: most families have no roadmap. And many caregivers — even from agencies — are not trained in dementia care at all.
So I built this platform to fill that gap.
To make sure no one walks this road blind and constantly overwhemled — not the families, not the caregivers, not the sons and daughters doing it all.
At AllStageCare™, caregivers earn badges for each stage of dementia. That means the person walking into your home isn’t just “available” — they’re qualified.
This is more than a directory.
It’s a village for those of us in the deep.
